The design of most metal buildings offers a very efficient use of space; there is little space inside that cannot be used. There are no gutters or siding to maintain. No traditional building could weather hurricanes, hail, water and flames like metal buildings can. Metal buildings do not require the use of any trees and their components can be reused. Termites, of course, do not even look at a metal structure.
