Metal building manufacturer insights
This metal buildings design, intended initially for use strictly as housing for troops and equipment, was itself subsequently modified to allow for more usable space as the buildings were also used as bakeries, isolation wards, dental offices and showers. They became so popular with the troops that some of them even purchased the surplus metal buildings for their personal housing after the war. Todays metal buildings come in several different design kits. Each kit includes an easy to follow assembly manual that even the most mechanically challenged of us can interpret. The P series of metal buildings utilizes a more traditional style of arched steel roof atop vertical sidewalls that increases the amount of usable space for a backyard workshop, garage or guest cottage, if you like.
